Our book and pay system is fast and easy.

Our service is straightforward with no hidden extras to pay for.You will not get a higher invoice from us,with lots of little extras.Our prices are clearly stated on our prices page.

Trials are the same cost as wedding day prices.This is because we do the same job,travel the same distance,and often spend more time getting everything just right.However,a trial is for the Bride only,but we can offer trials for Mum or Bridesmaids if you wish.Please let us know when you book your trial.A small booking fee of £50.00 is required.This is non refundable,and deducted from your final payment.

We will then send you a booking form by email.This form will include payment options by Paypal,using your Paypal account,or credit card.You can of course return the form and enclose a cheque if you prefer!

You will recieve confirmation from us,and a reciept from Paypal.Your wedding will then be secure.

It is essential you book your trial 3 - 4 months before your wedding date.During summer months,we are extremely busy,and it may be more difficult to offer you your chosen trial date.

When you book your Trial,we will send you an invoice with payment options for you to choose.

Proms and special occassions:

Booking is just the same.Let us know at the time of booking,and there is a flat fee of £120.00 for both hair and make up.

Terms and conditions: 

We do not accept any payments on the trial or wedding day.All payments must be recieved in full 4 weeks prior to the Wedding date.If payment is not received,your booking will be cancelled.Deposits are not refundable.

If you cancel your booking 6 weeks prior to your wedding date,a 50% fee will be charged.This is due to the service we offer to our artists.

If you are unable to pay for any reason,do contact us.We can accept payment plans in certain circumstances.

In case of an artists sickness,and us being unable to attend your wedding,we will do our best to provide alternative artists from our recommended list.You will be subject to their fees and terms and conditions.Any monies paid by you,will be returned.(Please note,this has never happened,as we have several artists of our own on our books!)

We do recommend wedding insurance.
